I needed German and US passport photos taken for myself and infant. The woman who runs this shop took the photos and unfortunately, due to poor lighting I did not immediately notice that my daughters photos had a very pink hue. I tried to use them anyways for her German passport and the office declined to use them stating they were too pink for their machine to process. The photos could not be used. My husband and I went back to the studio to have them redone and were met with hostility and yelling by the owner. She screamed at my husband that her photos were quality work and the passport office was wrong and refused to do them until we had a letter stating they would not be done. We got the letter and tried multiple times to return only to discover that it was closed prior to the hours shown on the building and online. I have spent €45.80 for my daughters photos that I could not use. Mine were more ivory than white and not cut straight causing issues with the sizing. Overall, for 2 sets of US and 1 set of German photos (4 each) I paid €67.70. I could not use any of my daughters photos and will only be able to use 1 of mine. I have uploaded the notice from the office stating the photo had a pink hue and could not be used as well as different angles of my daughters photos compared to one they took of me the same day.
